Nobody likes seeing a friend lose. Sometimes we don't mind seeing Jason Gola dump a little, but nobody likes seeing a friend lose more than twice in a row that's for sure.
The Chicago guys get together for a game semi-regularly, and this night saw me passing money over again and again to anyone that entered a pot with me. My disposition grew somber and our normally lively game quieted to empathize with my mood. It bothered me that I was bumming out the table, but it seemed like a great opportunity to find a unique way to take advantage of the silence in the room, so I decided to do a quick google search and text the winner of the last hand a picture of encouragement ( NSFW! ).
